Reference is made to the notice of 8 May 2009 regarding the completion of the pre-sale of the private placement of a total of 96,000,000 shares at a subscription price of NOK 3.15 per share and the resolution from Marine Harvest's AGM of 27 May approving the aforementioned private placement.
The capital increase has been registered with the Company Registrar of Norway. Following the private placement Marine Harvest has a share capital NOK 2,681,173,747 consisting of 3,574,898,329 ordinary shares with a NOK 0.75 par value. Each ordinary share in Marine Harvest has one vote in the Company's General Meeting.
